NJH GROUP (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black-owned South African company operating across four divisions: Security, Construction, Cash Loans, and Food Distribution. Their existing website was minimal, offering only basic company information and contact details. My task was to redesign the site into a professional, engaging platform that reflects the company’s integrated services, credibility, and community focus.
Challenges Identified
Minimal Content Depth: The old site only had a homepage and contact details.
Low Engagement: No interactive features (forms, live chat, or social integration).
